Working with us

The Brit Writers' Awards is an evolving organisation: we're always interested in hearing from people who'd like to get involved!

2011 is the second year of the Brit Writers' Awards, and we're anticipating big things. With thousands of schoolchildren and adults already signed up to take part in the writing competition, and with an unmatched cash prize of £10,000 for the overall unpublished winner, BWA 2011 promises once again to become the biggest event on the UK's literary calendar.

Delivering a project on this scale isn't a simple task, though – and that's where you step in. As an evolving organisation, we're always on the lookout for individuals and organisations who can help us make the BWA a runaway success. Of course, financial support is very much appreciated, and we're always pleased to add sponsors to our ever-growing list of high-profile partners. But you don't need to offer money in order to be helpful!

We'd be delighted to hear from anyone interested in donating their time, expertise or resources to this exciting project. From helping to run our community engagement programmes to 'sifting' through the first round of entries, the opportunities for getting involved with the BWA are endless. To find out more, chat to our recruitment team on 0871 237 4442 or email enquiries@britwriters.co.uk.
